Their intense desire and will to overcome all odds has given shape to an organization which now synonymous with quality work and adherence to strict time schedules.
Capital Base - We are proud to say that from the day of our first order of Rs. 45 lakhs for constructing 15000 sq. ft., we have in hand projects worth Rs. 60 crores for 8,00,000 lakh sq. ft. area. We are a proprietorship firm engaged in construction activities since 1989. The firm, equipped with most modern & sophisticated machineries, is managed by highly experienced and dynamic entrepreneur.
We have undertaken and successfully completed various prestigious projects and our clients have all been more than satisfied with the quality of our workmanship. We have a team of technically competent supervisory and managerial staff from civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines, besides consultants, suppliers and other petty contractors attached to us.
Our capital base is sufficient to execute projects up to the value of Rs100 Crores. We use our own funds and have not availed any credit from our bank. However, due to excellent performance of our associate firms which enjoy credit facility from our bankers, we do not envisage any difficulty in obtaining the credit facility, should the need arise.
